I've elected myself to help Tom out with renting out his guest house to your guests.
The house will be completely cleaned and supplied with all the cleaning supplies along with toilet paper in which your guests will need before Memorial Day weekend. We will also provide a new set of pots and pans, dishes and silverware, etc. I will post arrival and departure checklists for your guests to follow in the house as well as emailing one to each one of you, but ultimately you will be responsible for your guests should they not complete the checklist.
Your guests will need to bring the following of their own:
1. Bedding for the queen size bed in the bedroom.
2. Towels (both dish and bath).
3. Paper products (paper plates, paper towels, Solo cups, ziplocks....etc.).
The nightly rental fee will be $50.00 cash to your host. (but more would always be appreciated).
As Tom is busy enough with everything else on the property, please come to myself or Dawn with any questions or to let us know if the inventory is getting low so that we can re-stock.

Let's do it on a first received email basis if there's more than one party wanting to rent. Does this all seem pretty easy and fair? Please be honest and let us know if you think anything should be changed.
